RETAIL CUSTOMER LOYALTY AND SALES MANAGEMENT TOOL

Working with the CIO of a national eyewear retailer, Infassure built a Web-based program that offered customers the opportunity to rate their experience and sales representative. This data is tracked by the company for use in customer loyalty, sales training and compensation programs. Our client expects the tool to help them to increase revenues by becoming more competitive, providing better customer service and building proactive customer marketing campaigns.

WEB BASED PAYMENT PROCESSING

Built a web-based payment processing system that allowed a collections department to confirm that credit card transactions were complete while the client was still on the phone. This reduced labor, increased cash-flow and eliminated bad debt.

MEDICAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

A conversion utility was written that allowed a physician practice to import payment data into legacy accounting system which was not compatible with EDI. This shortened payment cycles, improved accuracy, and reduced payroll. Efficiency was improved by redesigning the queries in a Microsoft Access application. Reporting speed was increased over 400%.

CUSTOMER BILLING PORTAL

A web portal was created that allowed a billing company’s clients to view real time status and historical data on processed bills. This provided the competitive edge to help them land their largest ever client and grow revenues by 30%.

WEB REPORTNG FOR LEGACY APPLICATION

A web-based reporting system was built that attached to a legacy FoxPro database application allowing a warehouse company’s clients to view reports on demand. They were able to eliminate a full time position.

DATABASE CONVERSION

Converted a “home grown” Access application to Microsoft SQL®, providing greatly improved reliability and speed.

DATABASE MANAGEMENT

Method designed to import a massive legacy database into Microsoft SQL® on a nightly basis. Critical reports that had taken 8 hours to run now complete in less than one minute.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SYSTEM

Excel® application written to extract A/R information from a billing system so that a 3rd party collections company is always current on payment information.

SERVICE ORDER MANAGEMENT

Windows® Service was written to automatically retrieve service orders via the Internet, deposit them into an Access® database and print bar coded tickets.
